Where is the driver waiting for me at the airport/station?
The driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. You will also receive a message from him
How long will the driver wait for me?
The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
For airport arrivals, waiting is free for up to 1 hour after the flight has landed.
If you have any unforeseen delays, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event of flight/train delays, no penalty will be applied.
What vehicles does Cabzen Paris use?

When will I receive the driver's contact details?
You will receive the driver’s information, including their telephone number and vehicle license plate, 24 hours before pick-up .

Does the driver speak English?
Yes, our drivers are generally English-speaking.
However, if you have specific language preferences, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are drivers allowed to accept tips?
Yes, drivers are allowed to accept tips, but this is at the customer’s discretion.

Yes, all our drivers are geolocated to ensure safety and tracking during the trip.
Can I ask the driver to make a stop during the trip?
Yes, you can request additional stops during the ride, but this may incur additional charges depending on the additional time and distance traveled.
What happens if I exceed the duration or mileage agreed upon when booking?
If you exceed the duration or mileage agreed upon when making your reservation, additional fees will be charged based on the current rates indicated in our price list.
We recommend that you check the specific conditions in this regard in your quote or booking confirmation.
How can I report a problem or file a complaint?
What are your security and insurance obligations?
We take the safety of our passengers very seriously and comply with all applicable regulations.
In addition, we have professional liability insurance to ensure the protection of our clients.
What is your policy in the event of a dispute?
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to find an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with our general conditions of sale.
Are pets allowed on board vehicles?
Small pets, weighing up to 6 kg and suitably confined, are permitted on board vehicles in appropriate containers. Restrictions apply to other pets.
